Ruxandra Dariescu, a Biochemist scientist and Product Creator who designed software products for 25 years. During this time, she launched 9 greenfield products and delivered technology portfolio transformation, scaling-up product teams, projects and organisations for over 200 products. Ruxandra came across the same problem over the years: team collaboration and performance impact.
Continuously researching at the intersection of business and multiple sciences, she invented ACCORD Pulse®, the coaching tool that converts subjective individual perceptions into soulful actionable team insights, so the teams can Play-Well Together®.
She founded The Product Schools.
A core team + associates and collaborators allow us to be flexible, and bring in the appropriate level of knowledge when it is really needed.
Romanita Popescu contributed for over 25 years to the growth or transformation of various organisations, specialist business areas and industries in managerial or consulting roles.
Her operational experience includes Process Design and Optimisation, Process Reengineering, Process Management and identification of improvement and automation opportunities applying modelling methodologies and tools, good practice of SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and ITIL.
Her exceptional work includes digital transformation programs, customer-centricity design programs and master data management design programs.
She is the COO of The Product Schools.
